Research and Assessment

We conduct in-depth studies of the social, cultural, economic, and environmental conditions of communities. Our approach integrates both quantitative and qualitative methods, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each research and assessment initiative.
In our qualitative methodology, we seek to gather in-depth and detailed insights through key informants who can accurately represent the conditions relevant to the research theme. For the quantitative approach, we collect measurable and statistically significant data, which is then further analyzed for deeper understanding.

Community Development

The approaches we use in community development programs are:

  • Theory of Change – Through the exploration of the relationships between activities, outcomes, and context, this framework provides a comprehensive explanation of how desired changes can occur within a specific set of conditions.
  • The Golden Triangle – Emphasizes the importance of balancing three key elements essential to any successful enterprise: people, processes, and technology.
  • Capacity Building – Enhancing human resource capacity by focusing on the improvement of knowledge and skills, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Participatory Development – Engaging communities directly in the planning and implementation of programs.
  • Collaborative Implementation – Partnering with local stakeholders, government bodies, and other organizations to deliver effective programs.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation – Ensuring that programs are implemented effectively and deliver measurable, positive impacts.
  • Sustainability – Building local capacity to ensure the continuity of programs beyond the facilitation phase.
